       矯平機維護和故障排(pai)除

       1.電氣設備維護

       2.機器設(she)備維護

       2.送(song)料啟動(dong)過早或(huo)過遲(chi);這個是時(shi)間計電器(qi)時(shi)間段不合適(shi),應(ying)該調整感應(ying)時(shi)間之間隔。

       3.上下(xia)滾輪不轉動(dong);這(zhe)個原因有(you)好幾(ji)種,比(bi)如:鏈條(tiao)脫落(luo);馬達(da)啟動(dong)按(an)鈕(niu)或(huo)接觸器故(gu)障;馬達(da)線路脫落(luo);馬達(da)燒毀或(huo)減速機故(gu)障,這(zhe)個我們就要檢查線路,并且做重新調(diao)整(zheng)。

       4.矯正機無(wu)法感(gan)應;這有(you)可能(neng)是感(gan)應線脫落或(huo)者時間計(ji)電(dian)器故(gu)障或(huo)電(dian)控元(yuan)件(jian)故(gu)障。處理原因也是檢查線路,或(huo)者更換(huan)元(yuan)器件(jian)。

       5.材(cai)料忽左,忽右,送料不穩(wen)定;主要原因是帶(dai)料滾輪及矯正流輪上(shang)下不平行或(huo)者材(cai)料毛邊太(tai)多(duo)或(huo)厚薄不一;解決辦法是適當調整(zheng)使其平行或(huo)者前期(qi)把材(cai)料整(zheng)理(li)好(hao)。
